He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He also has postgraduate degrees in Social Exclusion and Confinement, Psychoanalysis and Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana and Crisis of Reason and Postmodernity from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He obtained a Master's degree in Lacanian Psychoanalytic Theory from the Center for Research and Psychoanalytic Studies.

César Omar González Hernández

He has a Law Degree from the Intercontinental University and a Master's Degree in Criminal Procedure Law (Accusatory Criminal Procedure - Oral Trials), from Barra Mexicana, COLEGIO DE ABOGADOS. He has specialized in criminal matters, where he has more than 14 years of experience.

Daniel Carrancá de la Mora

He counts with a degree in Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He obtained a Master's Degree in Criminal Law from the Andalusian Interuniversity Institute of Criminology and the University of Seville.

Alejandro Robledo Carretero

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Panamericana and a Master's Degree in Criminal Law, Constitution, and Rights from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. Also, he has a Diploma in Basic Fundamentals of the Accusatory Criminal System from the National Institute of Criminal Sciences and has participated in the Crime Prevention Symposium, given by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).

He has held the chair in Criminal Procedural Law at various higher education institutions in the country. He has also been a visiting professor at the Council of the Judiciary of Ecuador, and the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, United States.

He has held various public positions such as Advisor to the Subprosecutor for Criminal Proceedings; General Director of Consignments; General Coordinator of Public Ministry Agents that assist the Prosecutor in the General Procuracy of the Federal District, a well as Subsecretary of Planning, Prevention, Civil Protection and Construction of Peace in the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection of the Government of Mexico. He has been a partner in various law firms specialized in criminal litigation.

Diana María Romo Cuesta

Diana María Romo Cuesta is an attorney with advanced training in criminal, financial, and tax law. She holds a Law degree from the University of Monterrey (UDEM), a Master’s degree in Oral Litigation and the Adversarial Criminal Justice System, a specialization in Financial Law from Mexico’s financial consumer protection authority (CONDUSEF), and a postgraduate diploma in Criminal Law from the Free School of Law (Escuela Libre de Derecho).

She has served in senior public-sector roles, including as Director of Investigations at the Federal Tax Attorney’s Office, where she acted as lead legal advisor to the Treasury in high-profile oral criminal proceedings involving tax fraud and related offenses. She has also held positions within Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT). In addition, she is an active member of leading professional organizations, including the Mexican Bar Association, where she serves as deputy coordinator of the Criminal Law and Anti–Money Laundering Commission, and is co-author of several publications on tax criminal reform and business management.
